Looking to confirm that this is a muskrat hat?
Also am I looking at a 60s hat?
Would you consider this a Cossack hat?

I’m sorry Lauren. I missed this post. It’s muskrat and it looks quite fashionable on your mannequin.
I don’t know a technical name for it but this style is sometimes sold as Cossack hats and or Russian style hats.

The date is difficult to determine because the same style is being made now.
