Dating Help For An AMAZING 1800s/1900s Cape !!!

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any information or could help me date this wool cloak. It is thick dark green wool with a metal clasp at the collar. It has beads and piping details that appear to be handmade. Its stunning! I have attached some photos.

I think you are spot on about it hovering between late 1890s and 1900. I would date it to circa 1897-1898. I adore the color!
