dating help with Alyce Designs Dress

I have this very unusual long black gown with extreme sheer chiffon sleeves by Alyce Designs. I checked the label resource and didn't see this exact type of label.

Can anyone help me describe the dating and description of this unique dress ?

dress photo - there is no fading on the dress. it is the sunlight streaming in through the blinds.

it is fully lined. back invisible zipper

All of the Alyce dresses I've handled have been frilly, flouncy sequined prom dresses from the 80s. At first glance, I would say 70s on yours.
