Dating/identifying dancing frog pin (Kermit? 70s?)

I found this cute pin today and am hoping you all my be able to help me with it.

When I found it, I didn't notice the collar or general resemblance to Kermit the frog from Sesame Street.

However, when I searched for "vintage dancing frog brooch", I found a few examples exactly like mine and all were identified by the sellers as Kermit.

I am hoping that someone can help me figure out if this is actually a Kermit pin, and if it is 60s or 70s or ?
