Dating Piano Shawl

would love some help dating this shawl. it is heavily embroidered, with long tassels. upon closer inspection i found a strange tag on it, there are no makers marks anywhere on the piece. it measures roughly 40 x 40. any help would be much appreciated!

That is very pretty. It is too small to be considered a piano shawl, so maybe just call it a shawl or fringed scarf. Is it silk? It is not antique, and without having it in hand to feel it, my guess is that it is fairly contemporary. I have seen those tags on shawls before, likely an import export tag of some sort, not sure.
