Dating Purse

I'm at a loss with this purse as far as dating and what it is made of (fabric and handle). The only tag says "made in Italy." Also, any suggestions on getting the spot out of it? I'm not sure if the fabric and/or the handle can be washed/cleaned. Thanks!

Looks 70s all the way.

Not sure I can suggest a cleaning method... what do you think the purse is made of?

I'm really not sure. I have attached an up close picture. It's sort of shiny in person.

I would clean that carefully... looks like you could accidentally leave water rings on it in the cleaning process.

 

[Vinclothes]

I have had some success using Folex. Work carefully to not leave rings.
