technical terms. The sleeves look kind of 70s to me? but I have trouble w hand sewn stuff so thought would see what others had to say. Weird to say, but the fabric smells older. I spotted this one at a local Salvation Army and it had no tag. If anyone here ever goes by that store they know that can be trouble. I was lucky the cashier recognized me as "the dress lady" :hysterical:and let me have it anyway!

    fabric is semi sheer, stiff lining IMG_9605.jpg IMG_9606.jpg IMG_9607.jpg IMG_9608.jpg IMG_9609.jpg IMG_9610.jpg IMG_9605.jpg IMG_9606.jpg IMG_9607.jpg IMG_9608.jpg IMG_9609.jpg IMG_9610.jpg

A super button-up flounced maxi I would say is 70s, yes. Sometimes they pick up odors precociously! (from experience)
