Dating vintage Dolcis shoes

I wonder if anyone could help me with dating these shoes. Something about the style makes me think they are 1930s - they have stamps on the insoles saying "Charm Quality" and "Loveliness Beauty" - which I certainly don't associate with Dolcis in later years!! They are nice quality leather but the heel looks suspiciously clean and plastic-y.
The dealer I bought them from says they belonged to her 92 year old aunt (but they all say that don't they?!)

From what I can see I would say they are 1930s. They are in exceptional condition. The problem is that gold evening sandals were made with little difference from the early 30s to the mid 50s, however, the slip buckle fastening, T-strap, and heel shape are all typical of the mid-late 30s. Perhaps they were the 92 year old aunt's coming out shoes - that adds up about right for the date, c. 1937-38.

I had a pair of 30s Dolcis shoes, which had similar logos on the insole (though mine were much harder to read!) Same 'Loveliness Beauty' etc in circles, but they said Dolcis Deluxe, rather than just Dolcis.
Anyway the similar insole design to mine, would would seem to back up the 1930s date.
They also have exactly the same buckles as yours.
You can read about them here:

thank you both so much for your help. I remember Dolcis in the 70s as being distinctly uncool - but now I feel completely different about them!
