Dating wash 'n wear label on NOS half-apron

I found a fun little Christmas half-apron and am wondering if it's possible to date it accurately from the paper tag/label. The tag is sewn in along a side seam. It features a large pocket printed with a pair of crossed candy canes, and an attached bow and little metal bell. My instincts say 50's? Thanks!

Another vote for '60s: I'll go late '60s or even early '70s because it has the percentages on the tag.

Nicole's suggestion of 70s made me wonder, is it actually red or orange in daylight? if it's closer to orange I'd be heading toward later too...

It's a bright (candy stripe) red.
