Dress dating help

Hi, picked this up from a charity shop today without checking it properly. Thought it'd be something my daughter would like. It must be older than I thought though, as it isn't a UK size 8 - it's a modern day size 4. Acetate and metallic fibres, made in UK. Any ideas?

Late 1970s I think. I can see it at the disco with some strappy silver stilettos.

Does the back of the label say anything?

 

Back of label just has the dry clean symbol and 'Made in England'.
