Dyed muskrat fur stole or something better?

Hi. I was wondering if you all could help me with identification of this fur. Just under the lining it reads "Windsor Fur Dyers New York " . Is this dyed muskrat?

Really pretty, super pretty. It's not muskrat. It's Russian squirrel. I love Russian squirrel. It feels so soft.

 

It is incredibly soft! I love the versatility with this stole. It is set up to be three different configurations, depending on how the person wants to wear it. Thanks so much for the information.
