Edwardian skirts?

Hi smart people! I bought these two skirts from an antique shop and she said they were Edwardian. I feel like they look too perfect though. Is that a sign that they may be more recent? Any help dating is appreciated! Thank you

Skirt 1 - detailed lace cotton, hook and eye closures then button at waist
Skirt 2 - solid white cotton, button at waist, double lining at the ruffle

The first and fourth picture are a petticoat, the second and third picture is a skirt - looks legit to me - middle Edwardian skirt and petticoat, c. 1905-07
