Elbief croc handbag

Hi, i recently found this handbag in my aunts old things. Was hoping to get some more information on this. The zip is marked ace and the inside has a ELBEIF England stamp.

I can't help with dating, but I think your handbag is made of a reptile skin, maybe snake, not crocodile.

I believe that Elbief is the name of the company that made the frame of the bag. Not the bag manufacturer.
