Here is how you can either add or change your avatar in our forums.
1) Click on the square that is on the left hand side next to the forum post (it will either be a square with a question mark or the avatar you already have)
2) Once it is clicked you will see your personal page come up.
3) Then click again directly on the actual "avatar" again on the left hand side (either the square or the old avatar you are currently using.
4) You will then see a box come up.....select browse and choose the photo you wish to enter.

6) The size of the photo should be approximately 180 x 155 pixels.
