    HOW TO POST A PHOTO

There are two options for posting photos. You can either upload them from your own computer, or link to photos that are hosted on photobucket or flickr.

Posting a photo by uploading from your own computer

    1) Click 'Upload a File' at the bottom of the post

    2) The photo will appear under Attached Files at the bottom. Click to insert your photo as a Thumbnail or as a Full Image. The image will be inserted at the cursor.

If an error message pops up that says file too large you will need to resize your your image to make it smaller.
When taking photos to post online the small setting on your camera is the best choice. It allows easy uploading to most forums and venues.

Posting a photo by linking to photobucket

    1) To link to photobucket make sure your image dimensions are 550 x 550 or less

    2) Copy direct link from photobucket

    2) Click on the 'mountain' icon in the toolbar

    3) Paste the URL into the box and click Insert. The photo will appear at the cursor point.

From Flickr, you can copy the 'BB code' of your own photos, and paste it directly into the post (not using the mountain icon).

The mountain icon option will only work with embedded image URLs. If you see [ IMG ] after posting your image is not embedded.
If your image is not embedded use the upload a file option.
