Two treasures from my personal fashion history library have just been listed on my eBay auction board - boycetime: Lilly signed her book! It's unique because , like many busy signers she rushed ... signature is with only 1 L! It will be selling

both of these great books are fabulous reading for any fashion history fashionista!
 
Barbara, I see two "ls" in Lilly's signature - the first "l" is small like the "i" and the dot is over it as well, so she's either written "Liily" or "Lilly", and I figure she's got her spelling right. (The "i" is also crossed by the "L" making it harder to see).

Great books! If I weren't so far away, I'd be tempted to bid.
 
ooohh you are such a super sloothe! I think I'll add your comments .... if I might ... to the listing. I have seen her signature, and have no doubt it's authentic. :) It is going to sell, but currently only at opening bid.
