Get fooled on April 1st? Inspired by April Fool's Day, we're feeling "foolish" during the first week of April, seeking out fabrics and designs that are witty and make us smile! So, bring on fashions that emulate reptiles, replicate animals' prints, and fool the eye with trompe l'oeil artistry, as well as fabulous faux jewels. Include in this parade: animal prints, faux snake and lizard fabrics, animal thematic jewelry, fake fur accessories, scarves that trick the eye with their screen prints, garments printed or knitted with tricky motifs, witty or comic-themed handkerchiefs, ties, etc. Include costume jewelry that looks like the "good stuff," as well. This week, we are Faux Fools!
