I had to really fight myself to list it, Mary Jane. Since I have short hair, this little gold thing really did look sweet, but alas, I will be sending it to a new home and owner, hopefully!

Thanks, Mary Jane! These Burdas all came from the same source - obviously a talented home sewer making these for herself, as the sizes seem fairly consistent. The Burda magazine started in 1950, but of course the people designing these patterns then would have remembered the earlier styles I guess.
