Funky silk bomber from 80s/90s?

Picked up this rather exciting top from a vintage shop in Oxford, UK.

There are no labels anywhere; the only information on the top is that the outer layer is 100% silk while the inside is 100% nylon.

The design is fairly catchy however so I'm wondering if anyone has any clues as to when/where this is from.

The care label shows the German words first suggesting to me that this is perhaps where it is from?

 

Looks 80s to me, and yes, probably German with that care tag? Very cool and definitely on trend now!
