Has anyone ever seen this label before?

I have no idea what company this label belongs to. I suspect the dress is late 60s early 70s but I would like to verify that before I list it. Thanks!

Here it is. It has the sweetest little back too. Material feels like acetate, and the dress is lined. Back zip.

That pink & black print and the length of the dress and even that label looks older to me.
