Have two oddballs that I can't figure out

Hey everyone, nice to meet you!

I quite literally stumbled upon these two pieces, and I have no idea what they are.

The first is a label I can't read (or if I am reading it right, I just can't find it- I've searched Bucker, Burker, Birker, Bincker, Binicker, anything I can think of that it might be)
The second is a tracksuit from Malta that I can find no evidence of the brand existing. I think it's pretty cool!
