Total long shot: Is there any chance it is Indian? (East Indian)

I think it might be polyester and yes I was thinking maybe Indian too. or Pakistan something like that just an odd but charming
little suit

When I searched Bunty, I kept coming up with Indian hits. I don't know the meaning of this, but I thought it might explain not only the name but the interesting style.
