Hello. Can anyone identify this Japanese designer label - I can't read it! :)

This label is on a beautiful multicolored mohair sweater Made in Japan. The store label is Perroquet (that one I can read). The designer label looks like John something - not sure. (Sorry couldn't figure out how to rotate the photo!)

 

It looks like the department store label for "John Wanamaker".

Now I will google John Wanamaker - because I've never heard of that store. And I - wrongly it seems - surmised that 'Perroquet' was the store! Maybe that's the designer...

PS: Love your darling outfit Metro Retro Vintage cat - the new question is, where can 'this' cat find a hat + matching scarf like that?

 

I would love a set like that myself, lol. We'll both have to keep our eyes peeled. ;)
