how would you describe the style of this dress?
ahh. thank you. I wasn't sure how to describe the style; at least the sleeves.
We would really need to see the entire dress. As for the sleeves, they are often referred to as Leg-O-Mutton sleeves or, when they were extreme puffs, Gigot sleeves. This style was popular in 1895 and a few other eras before and after that year.
unfortunately, that is as much of the visual that I could find. but 'gigot sleeves' is a place for me to start; much appreciated.
