Help dating 90s (?) Y2K (?) Later (?) Teenflo Maurice Tarica Coat

I've done a bit of searching and it looks to me like Teenflo (oh why oh why that name?) that the Paris brand Canadian rights were acquired in 1990s. Does this look 90s 0r later? Thanks alot, Lauren
