Hi,

Not withstanding the card could be a complete red hearing, looking at it and beaded bags can be so difficult to date, imo no earlier then the 1980s.

What a nice added score having the savoy hotel card. Your pretty French beaded tambour bag looks 30s/40s to me, but wait and see what others say.
