Help dating a bracelet please?

Hi there, I'm familiar with vintage clothing, but not jewellery, so was wondering if anyone is able to help with the date of this bracelet and possibly tell me what the blue stone(?) is?

Going to take a crack, and say 20s to 30s, gilt metal, with enamel details and glass stones.

I agree but think the ends have been replaced. I love enamel work.

I agree with Joules, and also that the clasp appears to be a modern replacement--both the jump and the o-ring are very shiny compared to the findings next to them. It's a really lovely bracelet!
