Help dating a dress

I thrifted this dress yesterday and absolutely love it. The little white flowers especially. My initial thought was 80’s but would love any comments or help! thanks so much! Beckie

I reminds me of the kind of dresses available at Glastonbury stalls when I was around 16/18..... early-mid 90s? Possibly before but seems very similar to the 90s festival clothing to me.

The print looks very 70s to me - maybe it was a maxi dress that was shortened? A close-up photo of the hem might help.
