Help Dating Antique Wool Twill Dress

I'd love to nail down the date on this antique teal wool embroidered wool twill day dress.
She has a very nice slim fit through the waist with padded satin stitch embroidery and corded trim.
Adore the unique cut of the sleeve hems. Bodice is lined with batiste and she closes up the back left hand side from with quite a few hook/eyes up to back left shoulder.

I saw a slim fit dress from 1906 that resembled this, however, it had a high neckline. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Sometimes the site doesn't download right, and half the letters are missing in posts, and sometimes I just get flashing squares, or I can't sign in... I dont' know, it's odd. Could it be a browser issue? Try viewing on another browser and see if you're still getting the issue.

Beautiful dress, I'm afraid I'm not great with anything pre 70's and know very little pre 30's. Hopefully another member will have some great insight to share with you.... so much wisdom within these virtual walls.
