Help dating Chanel skirt

Hi there,
My experience with Chanel is next to none so I'm coming to the experts. When I first got this skirt I didn't even consider that it may be vintage because it looks brand new. Someone mentioned to me that it must be older as Chanel doesn't handwrite tags anymore. Under Collection it looks like P 186 or 18b. Initially I thought Spring 2018 b, but is it possible 86 refers to 1986? Any and all guidance/information/advice welcomed. Many thanks!

I *believe* this might be mid-late 90s. It'd be helpful to show more photos, i.e. of the fabric.

Yea... I'm really tempted to say 1990s... the tweed, the color, the longer skirt all seems like their 90s look. They were still handwriting labels into the mid 1990s, if the item was in a European Chanel Boutique.

But that label says it could be Spring 86... I await experts.
