Help Dating Historical Dresses

I need some help dating two historical reenactment dresses/theater costumes that were made in the 1960's. I would like to find out which era they most closely represent and perhaps their value. (They are in excellent vintage condition...no trim pieces missing as it appears in photo). I will be happy to post more photos if needed. Thanks for any help you can give me.
