Help dating knit vest with embroidered flower

Good morning/afternoon/night to all!

Found this adorable vest in a charity and I assume it dates to the 1960s/1970s due to the tag. My grandmother recalls that this boutique, Antonieta Modas, was around before 1964. She even asked me if it still existed after that year. Any idea as to when this was made?
