Help Dating Mr. Mort Dress PLease

Hi, I think this dress is from the 1980s, based on its style, though I have seen other Mr. Mort dresses with similar labels attributed to the 1960s. What do you think?

 

I would lean 1960s. Amazing how many labels this company had.

Sure looks 80s though.

The Label resource here does not have exact one here. .

This label ended in the 80s so perhaps one of the last labels?

It looks very late 70s - 80s to me withthe colors, scale of flowers and slight shoulder emphasis. And that care label.

 

Thanks, I was really thinking maybe late 70s. It has puff sleeves which I remember from that era but not shoulder pads. If it was empire waisted I might have been okay with thinking 60s. But, I'm not so sure of that style. Anything' possible and goodness knows I don't know everything so that's why I put it on the forum.
