Cute! My immediate thought was 70s, but could be late 60s. These knitted tams were very popular when I was in high school, which would be during that time frame. I wore them a lot! The font on the label also looks to be from that era.
I think 1970s as well. The full look instantly pops into my head: long hair and skirt or cullotes with a matching vest paired with knee-high boots.
