Help Dating Suede and Hem Crochet oversized clutch "White Pigeon"

Hi everyone, I can't seem to find anything on "White Pigeon". Not sure if this is modern or late 80s 90s? It's 14 1/2" wide and 7 1/2" height.
Any thoughts?

I might guess 1970s when crochet was huge. It does have that vibe, even the signature.

Magnetic closure though, not so likely for 70s? I think they do just begin to appear late 70s, but are not at all common.
