Help dating this ostrich feather cloak/cape please

Hubby & I just recently drove to a warehouse that was filled with theatrical clothing from all eras, alot of 30s & 40s. But I purchased this hooded cloak/cape with ostrich feather trim. Can someone please help date it. Thank you

The slit armholes and big covered buttons say 1960's to me. It reminds me of Guinevere's cloak from Camelot (1967):
