Help Dating Yohji Yamamato Boiled Wool Pants W/ Velcro

If anybody even knows if these are definitely real... I cant find any information on this, specific label. These are meticulously tailored and definitely have a Yohji feel to them. Does anybody know of a label reference guide that I might be able to explore?

Unfortunately, we cannot authenticate here. That being said YY's signature is not as defined as the labels in our resource and the stitching around the label is quite messy:

PS - you'll also notice the Ys on your label are very different, too. Yours are very rounded at the bottom, the ones in the resource are angled:

Thank you for your reply! I had a gentleman that collects Yohji tell me they were from the early 80's, but then again, I haven't been able to find anything. I'll try tour suggestions...thanks again!

i didn't know what to make of them, so didn't comment. while i've never heard of yohji yamamoto being faked, the stitching around the label does look sloppy, and i wouldn't expect that from him. but then the fiber tag looks right. that's all i can contribute because as deborah says, we can't authenticate here.

The trousers might be easier to date if you can photograph them being worn. With velcro I would expect them to be a bit further into the '80s but I'm not an expert on Japanese design. I would think mid '80s for these.
