I think your label is from Lotte Gabole of Italy.

From a 1981 article on fashion: “From Lotte Gabole of Italy, there is a collection of clingy dresses made of very loosely knitted silk yarn in colors ranging from wine to bronze ($375 to $400).“

This is Lotte Gabole's label. My wedding gown from 1986 bought in Lo' NY on Greenwich Ave. in Manhattan has that label. It is crocheted raw silk and was made in England.
