Help Identifying Fur Type

Hi! Just picked up this vintage fur coat and I have no Idea of what kind is it. It has a tear on one specific spot so maybe the kind of leather underneath will help. It is very soft and smooth, almost like mink bit it clearly isnt mink. The patches between the pelts are visible and they arent so small. Please help!!

It looks like either beaver, seal or mouton (sheared lamb). Hard to be sure, but I am leaning slightly to beaver. Is it heavy in weight? Can you show a close up of the fur?

To me it looks like sheared beaver, but I am far from an expert. Does it seem heavy for its size? That would tip my opinion toward mouton. I hope others share their ideas.

I'm really not very knowledgeable about fur - but yes, mouton is heavy!

Not at all!! Its very light and the pelts are very smooth
