Help identifying these Estate Sale men's breeches ??

I found these at an estate sale... They look new and unused
There is no label or signs of where a label used to be
Wool material
Leather straps at ankles
Small "crown" stamped into leather straps
Including 4 pictures

I can't tell exactly but they resemble WW2 cavalry breeches?

The leather straps at the bottom really throw this off... I cannot find any nations ww2 uniform that have the same features !

The fabric and color are military. maybe adjusts to tuck into boots so as to fit an array of calf sizes? could be german.

I think it is the Danish? who use a crown emblem... never seen anything like these before though.
