Thanks for posting this very pretty brooch. I cannot tell who the designer is, but the texture on the back tells me it's a more recent piece. Maybe "recent vintage", such as '80s or '90s. Is it very large? So many of the '80s design were big and bold.

it's quite big - 6,5cm - I think it's 2.5inches?

I think it's 80s-90s too, now.
And I've managed to google it's probably in byzantine style? Which btw totally fits 80s and early 90s aesthetic

Somewhere between Edouard Rambaud, Chanel and Christian Lacroix style.

But if anyone knows more please tell. I'm not a jewellery expert at all.

I'd say very late 80's to early 90s. Reminds me of the big fad of crucifix's around Madonna's like a prayer album. That chunkiness too and the bright mixed jewel colours set in.
