Help identifying vintage Bergdorf Goodman men's vest

Hi. I recently purchased what appears to be a vintage Bergdorf Goodman men's vest. There is only one label on the inside pocket that says, "Made in France Expressly for Bergdorf Goodman". It also includes the original sale tag, but I don't know if it contains (or how to decipher) any useful information. Has anyone seen this or a similar item previously? I'd love to know it's history, potential value, etc. TIA!

I would guess that this is 70s, judging by the label.
