Found this coat while cleaning out the family basement. It appears to be non-faux (singes like hair, leather base) but I’d like a second opinion. This coat likely belonged to my grandmother so she likely purchased it in either the UK or Canada in the 50s, 60s, maybe even 70s. The coat itself is heavy, weighing around 5.5 pounds. I’m under the impression it might be mouton but I’m not sure. I appreciate any help.
