Welcome to the Forum and thank you for posting your Hawaiian dress. I changed the spelling of the name in your title from Elise to Elsie. I did a search for Elsie Krassas and found her obituary - and several other pieces available online:

She had a shop in the Royal Hawaiian hotel from 1962-1978. Looking at the dress, I see '70s but it could be very late '60s. Let's see what others think!
