There must be a more flattering term than "mustard yellow".
    I'm drawing a blank....
    Any ideas? :scratchchin:

It doesn't sound unflattering to me at all but I LOVE mustard... I am guessing you don't like mustard?

    Hahaha ;)
I actually do love mustard too!
I guess I'm trying to think of something more "pretty" sounding, if that makes sense

I've added a quick pic if it helps

    Saffron is good!

Lemon Zest might do the trick, too. I bought some pieces at J. Crew last year with a tad more green in them that they called "Sour Lemon".

    I love the dress, BTW!

    Maize?
    Buttermilk?
    Sunshine yellow?

    Great dress

  7. Daffodil. Nice and springy too!

  8. Gorgeous frock! I love mustard too, although the dress looks more yellowy to me.

It does look more like sunshine yellow on my monitor too!
Although I love mustard yellow, it does not appear to be that coloring.

On my monitor, it looks the color that I've called goldenrod... which is really kind of mustardy but I think it sounds better! It's not looking as bright as saffron or daffodil or canary yellow to me. Maize is good, too!

And, regardless the color, it is a very lovely dress!

I asked this same question about a yellow 1930's dress I had awhile ago and the concensus was Marigold. That's what I called it and the dress sold very quickly!
