Help needed Identifying this scarf and pattern

Hi, This scarf has no name that I can see, Its silk and has the made in italy seta label, I think there might be a logo of 4 people on it, (Three corners are empty but 4th has the logo in it. The hem looks rolled and hand stiched, I would not know how to describe the pattern, Who could of made this and when ?

 

What size is the scarf? I might guess 1980s when there was a big resurgence of scarf wearing.
