Help! Paikin or Saikin? And when????

Hi all

I wonder if you can help. I’ve picked up this gorgeous top and cardigan set - I don’t usually like shiny things, but these caught my eye!

They’re in great condition, with some really lovely little details but the only label they have is the one in the neck, which says Saikin or Paikin...

so the question is - does anyone recognise this label and know anything about it, and what era would you think? I’m guessing 60s, possibly even 50s based on the style of label, but very happy to be corrected!

I see Paikin and I would say 60s. Lurex was very popular then and into the 70s.
