    Hi

I recently acquired a beautiful shoulder cape. It has a high collar and the most beautifully soft, glossy fur. I assume it's mink...but it's very wrong to assume. Would one of your knowledgable VFG members be able to point me in the right direction? I'm guessing it's from the 1940s? It has a tiny label inside which reads k110 but no makers label. Thank you so much in advance :)

    Hi there,

The fur type is squirrel. I'd date this to be somewhere between 36-41 although I tend to believe it to be closer to 36.
