Help with Ann Arbor dress

I just got this and can’t find the label or company anywhere. label appears hand sewn. There is a pink tiny metal zipper in the front. No other labels on the inside. Is it vintage ?!

Is the zipper metal or plastic? And is that a print or embroidery?

The zipper is metal but teeth of zipper are plastic
No lining
Pattern is printed
Fabric feels like vintage nylon and not the nylon we have today
