Help with Cassini skirt

Hello all! I got this skirt with a Cassini label, but it doesn't look anything like the Oleg Cassini labels on here or that I found on the internet. I can't find anything else on just "Cassini". Any help will be super appreciated, thank you!

I have seen labels with just Cassini but not with that lettering. The skirt looks 1990s/2000s. Sorry I can not be more helpful!

The CA number leads to Cassini Apparel International, located in Vancouver and issued in 1997. I don't think it has anything to do with Oleg Cassini, and it fits with the skirt's modern-ish look. That skirt style with no waistband is fairly modern.
